This collaboration will focus on designing faster and more efficient deep neural networks, making them applicable to real-world applications, reducing the environmental footprint and resource demands of deploying AI solutions.
Founded by Professor Yoshua Bengio, co-recipient of the 2018 ACM A.M. Turing Award, Mila builds strong collaborations with the artificial intelligence research community. Recognized globally for its significant contributions to the field of deep learning, Mila established itself in the areas of language modeling, machine translation, object recognition and generative models.
