Nota Introduces AutoML Platform ‘NetsPresso’ at NVIDIA GTC

  • GTC session under the title of “A Step-by-Step Guide to Starting, Operating, and Optimizing Vision AI Applications”

  • Recruitment of NetsPresso trial testers by Nov. 25th

November 8, 2021 – Seoul, Republic of Korea – AI technology startup Nota announced its participation in NVIDIA GTC, which will be held online from November 8 to 11.

GTC is a global technology conference hosted by NVIDIA, with hundreds of sessions focused on deep learning, data science, high-performance computing, and more. Nota is giving a GTC session titled “A Step-by-Step Guide to Starting, Operating, and Optimizing Vision AI Applications.”

In this session, Nota will present a case in which the initial development time was significantly reduced through NVIDIA’s software tools, such as NVIDIA TAO Toolkit and NVIDIA DeepStream SDK, when developing an on-device, real-time traffic signal control solution. This session will introduce how Nota’s hardware-aware AutoML platform, NetsPresso, can be combined with NVIDIA SDKs to optimize deep learning models without an AI expert.

NetsPresso automatically creates an AI model optimized for the desired hardware using only a dataset. The automation platform can reduce development time — a task that typically takes months will now only require a few weeks. NetsPresso provides a variety of models to choose from, allowing users to select the most suitable model for their needs. In addition, it is characterized by being able to create models close to production level, based on actual hardware tests.

Nota’s one-hour live presentation can be viewed through the GTC website (www.nvidia.com/gtc), on November 11th at 8pm KST/12pm CET.

Tae-Ho Kim, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Nota, who is presenting this session, said, “In order to speed up the lightweight models that operate in various conditions, we have created NetsPresso, and we would like to convey the value to those who want to make various lightweight AI models more easily.”

Nota provides AI model optimization and AI application development services such as intelligent transportation systems, driver monitoring systems, and more, based on lightweight source technology. In addition, as a member of the NVIDIA Inception program and a user of the NVIDIA Metropolis video analytics application framework, Nota’s competitive technological advantage is being recognized in the global market.

Meanwhile, Nota plans to recruit testers for the trial of NetsPresso, which will be introduced through this GTC session by the 25th of November (00:00/PST). For more information, visit the Nota NetsPresso website (netspresso.ai).
