The SoC’s integrated eIQ N3-1024S Neutron NPU implements robust AI inference acceleration. The integrated ISP supports up to 8 input camera streams. In conjunction with the integrated GPU, the i.MX 95 is capable of streaming four processed HD video outputs in parallel.
