Vision Components at Vision 2024: Booth 8C31 (Hall 8)
About six years ago, Vision Components introduced the first industrial-grade and long-term available camera modules with MIPI CSI-2 interface to its embedded vision range. Since then, the portfolio of cameras, accessories and services has grown steadily. In order to reflect this development and to present the VC MIPI Ecosystem accordingly, VC has started its dedicated website.
The MIPI range today includes over 50 different image sensors and MIPI cameras, with 0.3 to 20 megapixel resolution, global shutter, global reset shutter and rolling shutter. New sensors are constantly being integrated, such as most recently with the VC MIPI IMX900 Camera with Sony Pregius S IMX900 sensor. VC in addition offers a comprehensive range of accessories for embedded vision projects, from FPC cables for all common CPU platforms and cable options of up to 10 meters in length, to lens holders and lighting. With the VC Power SoM, the company has also developed its own FPGA accelerator that can be integrated into MIPI data streams and performs complex image pre-processing.
Individual MIPI cameras, ready-to-use assembled and calibrated on request
All MIPI cameras and accessories can also be customized for specific projects at VC. This includes adaptations of connectors and cables, special board formats or sensor positions as well as the delivery of fully assembled and calibrated cameras including optics. Vision Components also develops individual camera modules with customer-specific sensors on request.
