Specifically, Ebrahimi and Li demonstration the Raspberry Pi AI Camera, powered by Sony’s IMX500 smart sensor for vision AI.
Sony’s AITRIOS platform and the IMX500 enable AI-powered edge vision processing, reducing cloud dependence and streamlining vision AI deployment across industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, and smart cities. The IMX500’s seamless integration with the Raspberry Pi’s camera software stack allows users to deploy custom neural network models with minimal effort, making advanced AI vision more accessible than ever.
