September 16, 2019 – TKH Group NV (“TKH“) announces the closing of the acquisition of SVS-Vistek GmbH (“SVS-Vistek”), a vision technology company located in Seefeld (Germany) that provides innovative high-end technologies for imaging systems.
With the acquisition of SVS-Vistek, TKH further strengthens its position in the vision industry. The vision companies of TKH, which include Allied Vision, Chromasens, Mikrotron, NET, Tattile and now SVS-Vistek, can offer customers advanced technologies and solutions. The purpose of the TKH Camera Sensor Technology Cluster is to build on each company’s individual competencies to offer innovative solutions and first-class service to the vision market. It brings continuous improvements in business excellence and value to customers by harvesting the identified synergies between the different companies of the cluster. The harmonization of processes and product solution offerings will provide customers with a “ONE STOP SHOPPING” experience.
