Adar Paz, Imaging and Computer Vision Team Leader at CEVA, presents the "Using Advanced Algorithms to Bring Vision Capabilities to Power-Constrained Devices" tutorial within the "Using Vision Algorithms" technical session at the April 2013 Embedded Vision Summit. This presentation explores how image enhancement algorithms can close the gap between professional camera systems and mobile phone camera systems. The presentation focuses on a technique for Super-Resolution that can both produce high quality results and utilizes programmable DSP platforms, such as CEVA’s MM3101 platform.
