From 26-29 April 2016, Allied Vision showcases camera solutions for quality assurance and measurement at Control trade show.
Stadtroda, April 7, 2016 – Camera manufacturer Allied Vision will exhibit at Control, the leading international trade fair for quality assurance celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, from 26 to 29 April, 2016 at Messe Stuttgart. The newest Mako camera models with CMOS sensors and the Goldeye infrared camera will take center stage at Booth #1905 in Hall 1. Additionally, Allied Vision will make its presence known at the “Control Vision Talks” Forum for Machine Vision with a presentation on infrared camera technology.
High Quality Imaging for a low price: Mako entry-level camera
In the area of small, economically priced entry-level models, Allied Vision is presenting, among others, the newest model in the Mako camera family, the Mako G-234 camera. This GigE camera combines a compact form factor with the advantages of the new IMX249 CMOS sensor from Sony. Due to its small size (60.5 x 29 x 29 mm) and its numerous in- and output control options, this Mako camera can be integrated easily and flexibly into existing systems. It is especially well suited for use in compact systems with limited installation space, as well as in cost-sensitive industrial application fields such as those used in automated quality control, for example. Alongside GigE models, visitors can also learn about Mako cameras with the USB3 Vision interface.
See beyond the visible: Goldeye SWIR camera
Allied Vision will illustrate how non-contact quality assurance is possible, even with opaque materials, using an application example with a Goldeye camera that is sensitive in the short-wave infrared range between 900 and 1700 nm. Numerous features, such as comprehensive control options and integrated sensor cooling, make the Goldeye particularly appropriate for demanding hyperspectral and infrared applications. Along with this camera family’s established GigE Vision models, Allied Vision is presenting new Goldeye cameras with a Camera Link interface for the first time in Germany.
“Control Vision Talks” Forum
Control attendees can learn what possibilities infrared camera technology offers in the fields of quality assurance and measurement at the “Control Vision Talks” Forum. In his presentation on 28 April 2016 at 10:00 AM, Ludger Kemper from Allied Vision will offer a look at the possibilities of infrared technology in the field of machine vision. The “Control Vision Talks” Forum is presented by EMVA and takes place in Hall 1 at Booth 1076.
