Axelera AI, together with its partner FogSphere, has developed a computer vision system that detects if people are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at the workplace. The system uses the Metis AIPU, a fast, energy-efficient and cost-effective edge-AI inference accelerator.
