Upcoming Meetup in Silicon Valley Explores Computer Vision and Visual AI

The Embedded Vision Alliance is hosting a Computer Vision and Visual AI Meetup on the evening of March 13, 2019 in San Jose, California. Speakers include:

  • Satya Mallick, Interim CEO of OpenCV.Org, who will provide an overview of the OpenCV deep learning module and a preview of planned improvements to it
  • Jeff Bier, founder of the Embedded Vision Alliance, who will share findings from the Alliance’s recent survey of developers about the software, processors and tools they use to build computer vision and visual AI products
  • Bing Yu, Senior Technical Manager at MediaTek, who will introduce MediaTek’s line of SoCs for computer-vision-enabled IoT devices and raffle off a bunch of cool MediaTek goodies, including an X20 development kit
