Considerable business growth spurs investment in local team
December 4, 2024 – Imagination Technologies (“Imagination”) is expanding its team based in the United States of America following a sustained period of substantial growth in the region. To support the area’s growing customer base and build successful partnerships with the local technology ecosystem, Imagination has embarked on an aggressive recruitment program.
Imagination is a UK-headquartered business with a global reach, running offices in eight countries worldwide including the USA, which has become the largest market for Imagination. In 2023, the company recognised more than 40% contract revenue growth in the USA compared to the year before, over half of the company’s global contract revenue.
Spearheading this expansion, Imagination announced the appointment of industry veteran David Doyle who recently joined Imagination as Vice President of Sales based in the company’s Campbell, CA office. Dave brings a wealth of experience in the AI, IP Licensing, semiconductor, EDA software, and most recently co-founded The SHD Group.
The company’s success in the US market comes on the back of the emergence of compute-intensive and AI applications for edge devices such as autonomous driving and smart consumer products.
