At embedded world 2019, Basler will present its extended embedded vision portfolio for the first time, positioning itself as a solution provider in the field of embedded vision.
Ahrensburg, 19. February 2019 – Basler AG, a leading manufacturer of industrial cameras, is expanding its embedded vision offering and now develops complete vision solutions for its customers. Under the motto "Vision with Embedded Value", the company will offer high-quality cameras, fully equipped Embedded Vision Kits and comprehensive software solutions as well as services such as consulting, development and production. Basler uses its many years of experience in the field of industrial image processing to create the optimal embedded vision solution for its customers.
In addition to complete vision solutions, Basler also offers a broad product portfolio. After the successful introduction of the Embedded Vision Kit based on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820, Basler further expands its product range with kits based on NXP's i.MX8 processor family. Basler presents its new Embedded Vision Kits for the first time at the embedded world tradeshow and shows the possibilities embedded vision solutions offer in the form of live demos such as a Retail Deep Learning application and an IOT solution.
Another product highlight at the show is the new dart BCON for MIPI 13 MP camera module for applications requiring high resolution.
