The Edge AI and Vision Alliance™ (formerly the Embedded Vision Alliance) is a worldwide industry partnership bringing together technology providers and end-product companies to accelerate the adoption of edge AI and vision in products. Founded in 2011, the Alliance now has more than 100 Member companies, ranging from name-brand multinationals to newly formed startups. All have one thing in common: they either produce technology to enable AI and vision in products, or they use AI and vision in their products.

Alliance membership is open to any company that supplies or uses technology for edge AI or vision systems and applications. We define “edge AI” as: any AI processing performed locally. Locally means: on chip, on device, or on premise. We include “hybrid” applications involving AI with both edge and cloud components. Alliance Members benefit from Member Programs which are designed to accelerate success in edge and visual AI.
